【摘要】 目的探讨周围型肺癌CT征象与Ki67、p53表达的相关性。方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年3月在门诊检查并经术后病理证实的周围型肺癌患者68例,全部患者应用64层螺旋CT平扫或增强扫描进行肺癌的CT征象判断,测定每个患者蜡块组织中Ki67、p53的表达量,探寻不同CT征象与Ki67、p53表达量的相关性。结果有棘状突起征象的p53阳性表达比例高(χ2=4.60,P=0.032),有毛刺征的p53、Ki67阳性结果比例均高,有相关性(χ2=5.49,P=0.001 9;χ2=4.27,P=0.039),有磨玻璃征的p53阴性比例高,有相关性(χ2=8.22,P=0.004),有淋巴结转移征象的p53阳性结果比例高,有相关性(χ2=11.2,P=0.001),有分叶征与Ki67阴性结果比例高,有相关性(χ2=5.56,P=0.018),其他CT征象与p53、Ki67表达量无相关性。结论棘状突起、毛刺征、磨玻璃征和淋巴结转移征象与Ki67、p53表达有相关性,为肺癌不同征象诊断提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationgships between CT signs and the expression of Ki67, p53 in peripheral lung cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients of peripheral lung cancer who were confirmed by postoperative pathology from January 2013 and March 2014 in our hospital were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT scan or enhanced scan for the CT signs. The expressions of Ki67 and p53 in wax tissue of each patient were detected, and the relationships between CT signs and the expression of Ki67, p53 were explored.Results Patients with spinous protuberant sign had higher proportion of p53 positive expression, with significant correlation( χ2=4.60, P=0.032), and patients with spicular sign had higher proportion of p53 and Ki67 positive expressions(χ2=5.49, P=0.001 9; χ2=4.27, P=0.039). Patients with ground-glass opacity had higher ratio of p53 negative(χ2=8.22, P=0.004), and those with lymph node metastasis signs had higher proportion of p53 positive(χ2=11.2,P=0.001). Patients with signs of lobulation had higher negative expression of Ki67(χ2=5.56,P=0.018). However, other CT signs showed no significant correlations with the expression of p53 and Ki67. Conclusion The spinous protuberant sign, spicular sign, ground-glass opacity and lymph node metastasis sign are correlated with the expression of p53 and Ki67, which provides reference for the diagnosis of lung cancer.更多还原
