【摘要】 目的探讨八聚体结合蛋白4(Oct4)、Bim蛋白在胃腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学(En VisionTM)法分别检测Oct4、Bim蛋白在70例胃腺癌组织及其癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果 Oct4在胃腺癌组织阳性表达率为52.86%,在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为18.57%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.92,P<0.01);Bim蛋白在胃腺癌组织阳性表达率为17.15%,在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为58.57%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.54,P<0.01)。Oct4的表达与肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、分化程度、浸润深度无关(P>0.05);Bim蛋白的表达与组织学分化、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤位置、浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。Oct4蛋白与Bim蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.01)。结论胃腺癌组织中Oct4和Bim蛋白的异常表达,表明癌细胞呈现出干细胞化及凋亡异常,有利于肿瘤的生长、浸润。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Oct4 and Bim protein in gastric adenocarcinoma and their significance. Methods The expression of Oct4 and Bim was respectively detected by immunohistochemisty(En VisionTM) in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue(70 cases) and pericarcinous tissue. Results The positive expression rate of Oct4 was 52.86%% in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue and 18.57% in pericarcinous tissue, with statistically significant difference( χ2=17.92, P<0.01). The positive expression rate of Bim was 17.15% in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue and 58.57% in pericarcinous tissue, with statistically significant difference(χ2=25.54, P<0.01). The positive expression of Oct4 was related to tumor size, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but not to gender, age, tumor site, histological differentiation and infiltrating depth(P>0.05). The positive expression of Bim was related to histological differentiation, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but not to gender, age, tumor size, tumor site and infiltrating depth(P>0.05). The expression of Oct4 in gastric carcinoma tissue was negative correlated with the expression of Bim(r=-0.33, P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of Oct4 and Bim in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue indicates that cancer cell shows stem cellularization and anormal apoptosis, which is useful to tumor growth and infiltration.更多还原
