【摘要】 目的探讨基于社区干预管理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)综合防控。方法回顾性分析贵州省贵阳市乌当区新天社区及安顺市普定县马官镇慢阻肺示范社区建立及管理情况。结果示范社区的慢阻肺综合防控取得一定成效。结论慢阻肺是一种影响重大的呼吸系统疾病,但是目前国内对于这种疾病的诊治方式却不能满足患者的健康需求。以社区干预为主导的慢阻肺管理模式将成为适宜我国国情的有效方式和策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on practical situation in Guizhou province demonstration community,this paper is meant to investigate the efficiency of integrated control on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with the community intervention mode.Method Retrospectively analyzed was made on establishment and management of two demonstration community of COPD in Guizhou Province.Result Community intervention management model of COPD obtained some achievements.Conclusion COPD is a significant respiratory diseases,but the current management for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in China far lag behind the demand of the patient’s health.Community intervention management model will be effective strategies to control COPD for our country.更多还原
