【摘要】 目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与血脂(包括总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C))的关系。方法选取2011年11月至2013年11月在贵阳医学院附属医院接受健康体检者1 107例,进行14 C-尿素呼气试验、体质量指数(BMI)、血脂检测。结果 Hp阳性青年组及中年组BMI、TG水平男性均高于女性,HDL-C水平男性低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。青年组男性Hp阳性者BMI、TG、TC水平均高于阴性者,而HDL-C水平低于Hp阴性者(P<0.05)。正常体质量Hp阳性者的TC、LDL-C水平高于Hp阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。排除性别、年龄、体质量影响,Hp阳性者TG、TC异常比例高于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染可能影响血脂代谢,表现为TC水平升高为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection with lipids including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels.Method 1107 cases of health check-up people from 2011 to 2013were assessed,including 14 Curea breath test to detect the Hp infection,body mass index,lipids test.Result Body mass index(BMI)and TG levels in the youth group and the middle aged group of positive Hp infection was significantly higher in males than that of females,but HDL-C levels were higher in females than that of males(P<0.05).BMI,TG and TC levels in the youth group of males was higher in positive Hp infection group than that of negative Hp infection,but HDL-C levels were higher in negative Hp infection group than that of positive Hp infection(P<0.05).Subjects with normal body weight and positive Hp infection had higher levels of TC and LDL-C,compared to those with negative Hp infection(P<0.05).After adjustment for gender,age,body weight effect,the percentage of abnormal TG and TC in positive Hp infection is higher than negative Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The Hp infection is maybe related to lipids metabolism,and the main influence shows high TC levels.更多还原
