【摘要】 目的观察妊娠中晚期妇女血清维生素D水平与血脂的相关性。方法 353名孕妇,孕期12~36周时,空腹采血检测25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)。按照血清25-(OH)D水平分为维生素D缺乏(≤20ng/mL)、维生素D不足(21~29ng/mL)及维生素D正常(≥30ng/mL)三组,比较组间总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的差异,分析血脂各指标与血清25-(OH)D水平的相关性。结果在353中晚期妊娠妇女中,221例(62.61%)为维生素D缺乏,89例(25.21%)为维生素D不足,43例(12.18%)为维生素D正常,维生素D水平级别与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白为正相关(相关系数rs分别为0.075、0.082、0.071),与高密度脂蛋白为负相关(相关系数rs=-0.0209),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维生素D不足和缺乏在妊娠中晚期妇女中普遍存在,但与血脂无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relativity between vitamin D with blood lipid in pregnant women who were during middle and late pregnant in Guiyang city.Method A total of 353 pregnant women who aged at average 27.27±4.07 years old and reside in Guiyang city were enrolled to participate.At 12-36 weeks of gestation,fasting blood was sampled for the measurement of 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-(OH)-D),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL).Based on their serum 25-(OH)-D levels,the subjects were divided into three groups,deficiency(20ng/mL),insufficiency(21-29ng/mL),and vitamin D sufficiency(≥ 30ng/mL).The levels of blood lipid were compared among these three groups,and the association between blood lipid and serum 25-(OH)-D levels was evaluated.Result Of 353 pregnant women,221(62.61%)as vitamin D deficient,89(25.21%)as vitamin D insufficient,and 43(12.18%)were classified as vitamin D sufficiency.The level of vitamin D was positively correlated with total cholesterol,triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(rs-0.075,0.082,0.071),and there was a negative correlation between vitamin D level and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(rs-0.0209).However,there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency is highly prevalent among pregnant women in Guiyang city and is no significant associated with blood lipid.更多还原
