甘草酸苷对银屑病大鼠的作用

【摘要】 目的:观察甘草酸苷对银屑病大鼠的作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:健康雌性SD大鼠,体质量180~210 g,腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇,形成雌激素期阴道上皮银屑病模型。将40只模型大鼠随机分成4组(n=10):对照组、甘草酸苷1 mg组、甘草酸苷2 mg组和甘草酸苷4 mg组。上述4组分别于大鼠腹腔注入生理盐水、甘草酸苷1、2和4 mg。用光学显微镜观察大鼠阴道上皮基底细胞有丝分裂情况,计数300个基底细胞中的有丝分裂数,计算有丝分裂指数。用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定大鼠血清细胞因子IL-4和IL-10的含量。结果:甘草酸苷1 mg组、甘草酸苷2 mg组和甘草酸苷4 mg组的有丝分裂指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-4和IL-10的含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘草酸苷具有抑制银屑病大鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的作用,其作用可能与血清细胞因子IL-4和IL-10的含量增高有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the effect of Glycyrrhizin on psoriasis rat model of psoriasis,and investigate its possible mechanism. Methods: Healthy female SD rats weighing 180- 210 g were given estradiol benzoate by intraperitoneal injection to establish model of psoriasis in vaginal epithelial during the period of estrogen secretion. Forty rat models were randomly divided into four groups( n = 10) : model group,1mg Glycyrrhizin groupn,2 mg Glycyrrhizin group and 4 mg Glycyrrhizin. And each group was given normal saline,1,2 and 4mg Glycyrrhizin by intraperitoneal injection,respectively. Mitosis in vaginal epithelial basal cells of rats was observed by optical microscope,and the numbers of mitosis in 300 basal cells were counted. And the mitotic index was calculated. The content of IL-4 and IL-10 in rat serum was detected by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay( ELISA). Results: Mitotic indexes in 1mg Glycyrrhizin group Glycyrrhizin,2mg Glycyrrhizin group Glycyrrhizin,and 4mg Glycyrrhizin group Glycyrrhizinwere all significantly lower than that in the model group( P < 0. 05),whereas the content of IL-4 and IL-10 in the three groups were significantly higher than that in the model group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Glycyrrhizin may exert the effect of inhibition of vaginal epithelial mitosis in rats with psoriasis. And the underlying mechanism may be associated with the increased content of serum IL-4 and IL-10 Glycyrrhizin.
