【Abstract】 This paper starts from the theory of multiculturalism,the practical problems of ethnic education policy in China as the object of study,combined with the current multicultural coexistence of this basic social ecological and social conditions,analysis of problems of our national education policies making and implementation process of a series of practical difficulties encountered in the design.
