钙基吸收剂的制备及孔隙特性对吸收率的影响
Preparation of Calcium Based Sorbent and Pore Characteristics Impact on Absorption Rate
【摘要】 通过马沸炉煅烧石灰石和生料的方法得到各种成分,形貌,结构不同的氧化钙基二氧化碳吸收剂,将制得的氧化钙基进行电镜分析、孔隙度分布测定、二氧化碳吸收剂进行颗粒孔隙特性与其二氧化碳吸收率关系研究,结果发现,吸收剂微观结构即颗粒孔隙特性对吸收剂的吸收率有重要影响,即具有大量小孔径,比孔容积大,累积比表面积大的吸收剂颗粒具有更好的吸收效果。
【Abstract】 Calcium oxide based carbon dioxide absorbent with different components,morphology,structure was prepared by the method of calcination of limestone and raw material in muffle furnace,and analyzed by electron microscopy. The porosity distribution was measured,the relationship of pore properties of particles and carbon dioxide absorption rate was studied. It was found that pore structure characteristics had an important influence in absorbent absorption rate,as the result,sorbent particles with a large number of small aperture,larger than the pore volume,biger accumulation of specific surface area had better absorption effect.
