【摘要】 将AS树脂与PBT树脂按照一定比例通过熔融共混制成AS/PBT合金。研究了AS/PBT合金的力学性能、耐化学溶剂性能以及微观形貌。结果表明,提高AS含量有利于改善合金的力学性能。PBT可以明显提高AS的耐化学溶剂性能。AS与PBT的相容性较差,当AS含量低于40%或高于60%时,合金中两相分离而形成分散相;当AS含量介于40%~60%,AS与PBT形成双连续相。

【Abstract】 AS / PBT alloys were prepared by blending AS and PBT in different proportions. Mechanical properties,chemical solvent resistance properties and morphology of AS / PBT alloys were researched. The results showed that the mechanical properties of AS / PBT alloys increased with AS content increasing. PBT tended to flow to the surface of AS /PBT alloys,and played a critical role in improving solvent resistance of AS / PBT alloys. The compatibility between AS and PBT was poor. AS formed the dispersed phase at the content of below 40% or above 60%,and double continuous phase formed when AS content was between 40% and 60%.
