铝镁合金粉与水反应特性研究
Study on Reaction Characteristic of Al-Mg Alloy Powder with Water
【摘要】 利用联机电脑系统实时监测了高压反应釜内Al0.5Mg0.5/H2O体系的反应过程,针对反应体系的T-t曲线进行分析,提取并定义了反应过程的三个特征温度点和三个特征参数,从而建立了Al0.5Mg0.5/H2O反应的评价体系,作为评价Al0.5Mg0.5/H2O体系反应性能的标准。根据此方法,分析研究了粉末粒径、存储条件、加热功率和水燃摩尔比对Al0.5Mg0.5/H2O反应特性的影响,得出体系的最佳反应条件。结果表明,粒径为500目的合金粉末放热性能最好,密封存储的合金放热更加完全,合金粉末具有更高的转化率;高功率加热条件使得体系能够在更短时间内开始反应,更有利于激发反应体系进行集中高效释放能量;Al0.5Mg0.5/H2O体系的最佳水燃摩尔比为1.75∶1。
【Abstract】 The computer system was employed to monitor the reaction processes of Al0. 5Mg0. 5/ H2 O systems and the T-t curves of the Al0. 5Mg0. 5/ H2 O reaction systems were analyzed. Three characteristic temperature points and three reaction characteristics were extracted and defined. An evaluation system of Al0. 5Mg0. 5/ H2 O reactions based on these was established to study the properties of the systems. The effects of particle size,storage condition,heating power,and mole ratio of Al0. 5Mg0. 5/ H2 O were investigated according to the established evaluation standard. The results showed that the500-mesh Al0. 5Mg0. 5alloy powder had the best heat release performance. Sealed storage alloy could release heat more completely. High heating power could facilitate the reaction of the systems in a shorter time and was conductive to the concentrated and efficient heat release. It was observed that the best mole ration of H2 O / Al0. 5Mg0. 5in the reation system was 1. 75∶1.
