同步处理制药废水的微生物燃料电池初步研究

【摘要】 在模拟废水实验的基础上,对双室无介体微生物燃料电池对制药废水的处理效果进行了研究,并对连续进水条件下的的水力停留时间进行了初步探讨。结果表明,以制药废水作为试验用水时反应器外电路负载两端最高电压可达621 m V;阳极循环伏安曲线显示出明显的氧化还原峰;对制药废水的COD降解率最高可达83%;连续进水时最佳水力停留时间为12 h。证实微生物燃料电池可以在降解制药废水的同时产生电能,在制药废水处理领域将有广阔的前景。

【Abstract】 The treatment efficiency of pharmacy wastewater by a mediator- less two- chambered microbial fuel cell was investigated on the base of model wastewater test. The hydraulic retention time under the condition of continuous feed water was also discussed. The results showed that the highest voltage reached 621 m V when pharmacy waste water was used as the substrate solutions,anode circulation current- voltage curves indicated redox peaks,the maximum COD removal efficiency could reach 83% and the best HRT was 12 h. This study proved that microbial fuel could produce electricity while pharmacy wastewater degration,a broad application prospects in the field of wastewater treatment were made.
