【摘要】 建立不同采摘期何首乌红外光谱动态分析方法。采用红外光谱对不同采摘期何首乌的药材以及醇提物进行测定,并用高效液相色谱法对结果进行验证。随着采摘时间的增加,何首乌的药材及醇提物的红外光谱图相关系数差异逐渐增大,在18个月时达到差异最大,随后差异又减小,液相结果也显示随着时间延长蒽醌类成分的含量也是先逐渐增多,然后再减少,在18个月时达到峰值。所建立的红外光谱方法对何首乌动态分析快速,简便,准确,可用于对不同采摘期何首乌的快速鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 To set up dynamic analysis methods of different picking Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. with infrared spectroscopy. Using infrared spectroscopy for herbs and alcohol extract of different picking Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.,the result was verified by HPLC. With the increase of picking time,the differences of the correlation coefficient of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. herbs and alcohol extract of the infrared spectrum was gradually increasing,and the difference achieving maximum in 18 months,then the difference was reduced again. The results of HPLC also showed that with time the content of anthraquinones was gradually increased and then decreased,peaking at 18 months. This indicated that the method using infrared spectroscopy for dynamic analysis of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. was fast,simple and accurate,it could be used for the rapid identification of different picking Polygonum multiflorum Thunb..更多还原
