创新应用型化学化工类人才培养体系的研究与实践
Research and Practice on Cultivation System of Applied Innovative Talents in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Fields
【摘要】 创新应用型高级人才培养是高等学校教学改革的重点。从改革化学化工类专业人才培养模式、改革课程体系、改革教学方法、突出学科交叉、注重实践教学、强化教学与科研互动、健全教学质量保障体系等方面阐述了创新应用型化学化工类专业"2+1+1"的大类人才培养新体系。通过实践证明,该体系崇尚以人为本,更加贴近市场,受到学生的普遍欢迎,取得了一定成效。
【Abstract】 Cultivation of applied innovative talents is the major focus of teaching reform in colleges and universities.A new cultivation system of 2 + 1 + 1 pattern talents in chemistry and chemical engineering fields was presented from multiple aspects,including reform of cultivating model,reform of curriculum,reform of teaching methods,emphasis on interdisciplinary,emphasis on practical teaching,emphasis on interaction between teaching and research and completion of educational quality guarantee system,etc.. Practice of the new system showed that it was people oriented,more close to the market,popular in students and has obtained some purpose.
