【Abstract】 Cultivation of applied innovative talents is the major focus of teaching reform in colleges and universities.A new cultivation system of 2 + 1 + 1 pattern talents in chemistry and chemical engineering fields was presented from multiple aspects,including reform of cultivating model,reform of curriculum,reform of teaching methods,emphasis on interdisciplinary,emphasis on practical teaching,emphasis on interaction between teaching and research and completion of educational quality guarantee system,etc..
