【摘要】 化工产业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,对人才的要求逐步提高。人才培养不仅要能满足学生职业生涯的第一份工作需要,更要为他们职业生涯的可持续发展提供必要的支撑。通过对近年来高职化工专业毕业生的相关数据调查,说明化工专业毕业生的基本素质和专业技能存在的问题,提出相应得建议,提高学生的素质,培养出符合企业需求的专业人才,推动地方化工产业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemical industry as an important part of our national economy,the demand for the talents was gradually improved. Talent training should not only meet the first job, more should provide the necessary support for the sustainable development of their occupation career. Through the matching analysis of chemical engineering,the existing problems in training the students’ basic qualities and profession skill was illustrated, making appropriate recommendations to improve their qualities,to train professional talent for meeting needs,as well as to promote the local economic development.更多还原
