苯甲酸精馏分离系统中精馏塔的设计和模拟计算
Design and Simulation of A Separation System for A Mixture of Benzoic Acid
【摘要】 根据各组分挥发度的不同,对苯甲酸粗产品进行了分离。该分离系统包括两个塔,精馏后得到纯的苯甲酸产品。利用工程模拟软件Aspen Plus针对苯甲酸分离系统进行了设计和模拟计算,得到了设计参数。精馏后产品的质量纯度满足苯甲酸产品质量分数不低于0.993的工艺要求。通过对该精馏系统中各个精馏塔配套的冷凝器和再沸器热负荷的工艺计算,得到了年产90000 t苯甲酸精馏分离系统所需要提供的工艺冷却水量约为818.2 t/h,再沸器加热所需的280℃导热油约为348.5 t/h。
【Abstract】 Because the volatility of each component in the system was not the same,a mixture of benzoic acid could be separated by distillation. Aspen Plus was used to design and simulate the benzoic acid separation system. The optimal parameters were obtained. The mass purity of benzoic acid were at least 0. 993,which met the commercial requirements.The amounts of heating oil and cooling water required were estimated by calculation of the thermal load. A separation system with a scale of 90000 t / a benzoi cacid needed about 818. 2 t / h of cooling water,348. 5 t / h heating oil.
