【Abstract】 The educational goal and training standard of excellent engineers for chemical engineering and technology were focused on,the necessities of teaching resources construction were analyzed,and teaching resources construction train of thought of the ‘new system’,‘thick foundation,wide caliber’and ‘innovation’were expounded,and the three main problems of university- enterprise cooperation,individuation and diversification of professional demand,and the construction of teaching staff that existed in the teaching resources construction were explored. There were certain guiding significances for developing excellent engineers of chemical engineering and technology professional smoothly.
