正交试验在超薄钢结构防火防腐蚀涂料中的应用

【摘要】 通过正交试验对超薄钢结构防火防腐蚀涂料的多组分进行优化,并以耐火极限和粘结强度为其性能评价指标,获得一种超薄防火防腐蚀涂料的配方组成,满足国家对该涂料的标准要求。与现有的涂料对比分析发现,本涂料具有较长时间的阻燃性、较高的粘结性能且有一定的耐候性、耐久性和防腐蚀性,综合性能良好。

【Abstract】 The multicomponent of ultra thin fireproofing and fire- retardant coating was optimized by orthogonal experiment design,the performance of the coating was evaluated by the index of the bonding strength and fire resistance,the composition of coating was obtained,which met the national standards of the coating requirements. By contrast with the existing coating,it revealed that the coating had longer fire retardant time,higher bonding property and a certain degree of weather resistance,durability and resistance to corrosion,and comprehensive performance was thought to be better.
