枫香矿区回采巷道锚杆支护设计FLAC3D模拟分析

【摘要】 目前,贵州省正在大力推进小型煤矿机械化开采进程,为保证其顺利实施,基于煤巷锚杆支护技术的优越性,对枫香矿区回采巷道锚杆支护技术进行了研究。为了确保在工程实践之前回采巷道锚杆支护设计的可靠性,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对其进行了模拟分析,得出回采巷道围岩变形量最大为38.779 mm,所受最大应力为11.616 MPa,支护效果较好,表明设计确定的回采巷道锚杆支护形式及参数是合理的,可进行下一步工程实践。

【Abstract】 At present,small coal mine mechanization mining process is being promoted vigorously in Guizhou province. In order to guarantee the smooth implementation,based on the advantages of coal roadway bolting technology,the bolting technology of return roadway in Feng Xiang mining area was studied. In order to ensure the reliability of the return roadway bolt support design before the engineering practice,simulation analysis was carried out by using FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation software. It is concluded that the maximum deformation of return roadway surrounding rock is 38. 779 mm,the maximum stress is 11. 616 MPa,and the supporting effect is good,it shows that the design of return roadway bolt support forms and parameters are reasonable,and can be used in the following engineering practice.
