继电自整定PID温湿度解耦控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 电子产品的温湿度指标测试系统是一个双入/双出耦合关系的复杂系统。该文提出了一种基于继电自整定PID与对角阵解耦相结合的控制策略,首先基于继电特性对PID控制参数进行自整定,再利用对角阵解耦来解决温度和湿度之间的耦合问题,并借助Lab VIEW软件开发平台和NI ELVISⅡ+虚拟仪器实验套件实现了温湿度解耦控制。实验证实了该方案的可行性,且调节时间短,超调量较小,控制精度高,可以推广到其他控制系统中。

【Abstract】 Electronic products of the temperature and humidity testing system is a double- input and double- output coupling relationship of complicated system. This paper puts forward a kind of based on relay self- tuning PID combined with diagonal matrix decoupling control strategy. First of all,based on relay features to self- tuning of PID control parameters,using diagonal matrix decoupling to solve the coupling problem between temperature and humidity,and with the aid of the Lab VIEW software development platform and NI ELVIS Ⅱ+virtual instrument test suite temperature and humidity decoupling control is realized. Experiment proved the feasibility of the scheme,and the adjusting time,overshoot volume is small,high control precision,can be applied to other control system.
