超短波电疗联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效观察
Efficacy of ultrashort wave electrotherapy combined with alpha-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
【摘要】 目的观察超短波电疗联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 60例糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用超短波电疗联合α-硫辛酸抗氧化剂治疗;对照组采用常规治疗。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果两组患者治疗后血糖均得到理想控制。治疗后治疗组SOD水平明显升高,振动觉阈值明显下降,且明显低于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组显效26例(86.7%),好转3例(11.1%),无效1例(2.2%);对照组显效16例(53.3%),好转10例(33.3%),无效4例(13.3%)。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用超短波电疗联合α-硫辛酸抗氧化剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变取得良好效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrashort wave electrotherapy combined with alpha-lipoic acid on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN). Methods Sixty patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given ultrashort wave electrotherapy combined with alpha-lipoic acid antioxidant,while the control group was given routine treatment. The levels of fast blood glucose( FBG) and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose( 2h PBG) as well as the activity of serum superoxide dismutase( SOD) were detected in two groups before and after treatment. Results The patients in two groups achieved ideal blood glucose control after treatment. The level of SOD increased significantly while the vibration perception threshold( VPT)decreased significantly in the treatment group after treatment in contrast with those before treatment,VPT of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). After treatment,there were 26 significantly improved cases( 86. 7%),3 improved cases( 11. 1%)and 1 invalid case( 2. 2%) in the treatment group,while 16( 53. 3%) significantly improved,10( 33. 3%) improved and 4( 13. 3%) invalid in the control group. The efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Ultrashort wave electrotherapy combined with antioxidant( alpha-lipoic acid) treatment achieves favorable therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
