低浓度焦炉逸散物暴露对小鼠肝肾的损伤作用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨在不同暴露时间内,低浓度焦炉逸散物对小鼠肝肾的损伤作用。方法 60只小鼠随机分为阴性对照组,暴露组,每组30只。将暴露组小鼠饲养于低浓度焦炉逸散物污染的环境中,对照组饲养于清洁环境中,动态观察对照组及暴露组在暴露1、2、3个月时小鼠的血清中丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)的变化情况,并观察其病理学改变。结果随着暴露时间的延长,暴露组ALT与CRE出现升高趋势,ALT及CRE的在暴露3个月时含量分别达到46.00、52.58U/L,明显高于暴露1个月时和对照组。但对照组与暴露组AST与BUN的含量各个时期变化不明显;小鼠肝肾组织形态学观察显示,暴露2个月时小鼠肝脏出现细胞肿胀,暴露3个月时出现细胞空泡化现象。肾脏在暴露2个月时出现上皮细胞轻微水肿,管腔狭窄,暴露3个月时出现少量的炎症细胞浸润。结论焦炉逸散物可对小鼠肝肾组织产生一定的毒性损害,并随着染毒时间的延长损害作用有增大的趋势。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore damage of liver and kidney from mice caused by emissions exposure of coke oven.Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into control group and exposure group,30 mice in each group.,the exposed groups were exposed to air collected from coking workshop in a Tangshan coking plant by dynamic inhalation cabinet.10 mice in the exposed group and 10 ones in the control group were killed in first month,second month and third month.After that the mice eyeballs were picked to get blood to detect their blood count and the biochemical functions indicators of the liver and the kidney.At last,tissues of the mice liver and kidney were took to make pathology section in order to investigate the pathological changes.Results According the result of biochemical functions examination in the liver and the kidney,the content of alanine amino transferase in the third month in the exposed group was significantly higher than that in the first month in the exposed group and that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of creatinine in the exposed group in the third month was significantly higher than that in the control group and in the exposed group in the first month,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Exposure to the coke oven can damage the mice liver and kidney.And the damage is increased with the extension of exposure time.
