超声监视对高危疑难宫腔手术的应用价值
Value of application of ultrasonic monitoring in high-risk and difficult uterine cavity operation
【摘要】 目的探讨超声监视下实施疑难高危宫腔手术的应用效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009年3月~2014年8月148例疑难高危宫腔患者的临床资料,均实施超声监视下宫腔手术。结果 148例患者手术均获得成功,未发现损伤和其他并发症。其中行清宫术46例,均在超声引导并实时监视下行清宫钳刮术一次成功;困难或高危人工流产术61例,超声监视引导下成功实施一次吸引人工流产术;2例患者宫内异物取出,均在超声监视引导下各取出棉纱团1块;羊膜腔引导穿刺术19例,均超声引导一次穿刺成功;困难取环20例,均在超声监视下确定节育环位置顺利取环。结论超声监视下施行疑难高危宫腔手术,疗效确切,安全可靠,具有一定的临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of application of ultrasonic monitoring in high-risk and difficult uterine cavity operation to evaluate tis clinical applicative value. Methods Clinical data of 149 patients with high-risk and difficult uterine cavity from March 2009 to August 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and they were all received uterine cavity operation under ultrasonic monitoring. Results Operations of 148 patients were all successful and no injury or complication was found. 46 patients were received uterine curettage. Curettage and evacuation of uterus under guidance and real-time monitoring of ultrasound were all successful once. 61 patients were received high-risk or difficult artificial abortion. Successful artificial abortion under guidance and monitoring of ultrasound was 1 case. Intrauterine foreign bodies of two patients were taken out. 1 cotton yarn was respectively taken under guidance and monitoring of ultrasound. 19 patients were received amniocentesis and one puncture was successful in all cases under guidance of ultrasound. 20 patients were received difficult intrauterine device removal. Intrauterine devices were all successfully taken with the assurance of location under ultrasonic monitoring. Conclusion Ultrasonic monitoring in high-risk and difficult uterine cavity operation has accurate curative effect and it is safe and reliable. Thus, it is of certain clinical applicative value.
