【摘要】 目的观察针刀治疗急性痛风第一跖趾关节痛的临床疗效。方法将90例急性痛风第一跖趾关节痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针刀治疗,对照组用秋水仙碱、洛索洛芬钠片治疗,观察两组治疗前后血尿酸浓度,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者血尿酸浓度均有所下降,且均较治疗前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀治疗急性痛风第一跖趾关节痛疗效优于西药治疗,且创伤小,流血少,不留瘢痕,无任何毒副作用,值得临床推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of needle knife in the treatment of acute gout the first metatarsophalangeal joint pain. Methods 90 cases of acute gout the first metatarsophalangeal joint pain were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group with acupuncture therapy,and control group with colchicine and Lo Solo Finn sodium tablets in the treatment.Serum uric acid concentrations were observed before and after treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The serum uric acid concentrations in the two groups were decreased,and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),there was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical effect of needle knife in the treatment of acute gout the first metatarsophalangeal joint pain is better than that of Western medicine in the treatment of acupuncture,and with less trauma,less bleeding,no scar,no toxic side effect,is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
