【摘要】 NOD样受体是一类新型胞浆内的固有免疫模式识别受体,在自身免疫调节中起重要作用,一旦被激活,这些分子触发细胞内信号通路,导致激活转录反应,最终在一个炎性基因子集上表达。在本文中,我们将专注于NOD1和NOD2在识别和响应细胞内的病原体(包括革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性菌)的作用,以及它们在非肽聚糖含有病原体(例如病毒和原生动物寄生虫)的信号应答。

【Abstract】 NOD-like receptor is a new type of intracytoplasmic inherent immune pattern recognition receptors,which Play an important role in immune response.Once activated,these molecules trigger intracellular signaling pathways that lead to the activation of transcriptional responses culminating in the expression of a subset of inflammatory genes.In this review,we will focus on the role of NOD1 and NOD2 in the recognition and response to intracellular pathogens,including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria,and on their ability to signal in response to nonpeptidoglycan-containing pathogens,such as viruses and protozoan parasites.
