【摘要】 目的分析普米克令舒联合特步他林雾化吸入对小儿喘息型肺炎的治疗效果。方法抽取我院86例小儿喘息型肺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。给予对照组氢化可的松治疗,观察组则采用普米克令舒联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间和肺功能。结果观察组的临床总有效率(95.35%)明显高于对照组(79.07%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的症状消失时间明显少于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的肺功能明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为4.65%,对照组为18.60%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿喘息型肺炎采用普米克令舒联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗具有显著的疗效,能够快速改善患儿的临床症状,促进肺功能的恢复,降低不良反应发生率,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the treatment effect of pulmicort respules combined terbutaline inhalation in asthmatic pneumonia in children. Methods 86 cases with infantile pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the research object, randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 43 cases in each. Using hydrocortisone treatment in control group and using pulmicort respules combined terbutaline inhalation treatment in observation group. The clinical curative effect, clinical symptoms disappear time and lung function of two groups were compared. Results Clinical total effective rate(95.35%) of observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(79.07%), with significant difference(P < 0.05); The symptoms disappear time of observation group was obviously less than control group, significant difference was found in two groups(P < 0.05); Observation group after treatment of lung function was better than that in the control group, significant difference was found in two groups(P < 0.05); Observation group the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65%, control group was 18.60%, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of pulmicort respules joint terbutaline inhalation has significant curative effect in asthmatic pneumonia in children. It can quickly relieve the patient’s clinical symptoms, promoting the recovery of lung function, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, safty and effectively.更多还原
