【摘要】 目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙对新诊2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者血清铁蛋白的影响。方法收集2014年2月~2015年4月期间我院收治的初诊2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者87例,随机分为观察组43例,对照组44例,对照组阿托伐他汀钙治疗(10mg),观察组用阿托伐他汀钙治疗(20mg),两组均治疗4个月,比较两组血脂水平及Fe、CRP、SF、Hb A1C。结果治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平、Hb A1C、CRP、SF水平均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平、CRP、SF水平与对照组比较明显较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新诊2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者在实施降糖措施的同时应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗效果较好,可有效改善血脂、SF、CRP水平,对糖尿病并发症的防治及延缓糖尿病的进展具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of statins atorvastatin calcium of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus lipid abnormalities in patients with serum ferritin. Methods 87 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes dyslipidemia were selected from February 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital, they were divided into two groups randomly, there were 43 cases in the observation group and 44 cases in the control group, the control group treated with atorvastatin calcium(10mg), the observation group treated with atorvastatin calcium(20mg), the patients of two groups were treated for 4 months, lipid levels, Fe, CRP, SF, Hb A1 C of two groups before treatment and after treatment were compared. Results TC, TG, LDL-C levels, Hb A1 C, CRP, SF levels of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); TC, TG, LDL-C levels, CRP, SF levels of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia in the implementation of the measures, while hypoglycemic application atorvastatin calcium treatment is better, can effectively improve blood lipids, SF, CRP levels, prevention and treatment of diabetic complications and slow the progression of diabetes has important significance.更多还原
