高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化及血脂水平情况分析
Correlation analysis of carotid atherosclerosis and blood lipid level and patients with hypertension
【摘要】 目的探讨高血压患者与颈动脉粥样硬化及血脂的关系。方法将85例原发性高血压患者作为观察组,72例健康检查者作为对照组,用B型超声检查两组患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及斑块性质,同时抽取静脉血检测生化指标。结果观察组左颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)为(1.17±0.26)mm、右颈动脉IMT为(1.15±0.31)mm,对照组左IMT为(0.79±0.20)mm,右侧为(0.74±0.23)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压组斑块检出率为44.7%、对照组为12.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);斑块性质检出比较,高血压组软斑块检出率为44.74%,对照组为11.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血TC、LDL、FPG、Hb Alc水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血HDL水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血TG、UA水平与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压与颈动脉粥样硬化及血脂紊乱密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and blood lipids and patients with hypertension. Methods 85 patients with essential hypertension were set as the observation group and 72 healthy people were set as the control group.Common carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) and plaque feature of patients in two groups were examined by B-mode ultrasound and venous blood samples were taken to detect biochemical indexes. Results The left common carotid IMT of the observation group was(1.17+0.26) mm and the right common carotid IMT was(1.15+0.31)mm.The left common carotid IMT and the right common carotid IMT of the control group were(0.79 + 0.20)mm and(0.74+0.23)mm respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Plaque detection rate of the observation group was 44.7% while plaque detection rate of the control group was 12.5%,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Soft plaque detected rates of the observation group and the control group were 44.74% and 11.1% respectively when plaque features were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Blood TC,LDL,FPG,Hb Alc levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05),while the blood HDL level was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of blood TG,UA had no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Hypertension is closely related to carotid atherosclerosis and lipid disorder.
