【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下空心针活检对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法选择2014年1月~2015年3月来我院进行乳腺肿块检查的患者120例,并按照患者的入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各60例。观察组患者在超声引导下进行空心针穿刺活检(CNB),而对照组患者则进行针吸细胞学的检查(FNAC),并将两组患者的诊断结果与临床病理学的诊断结果进行比较。结果观察组患者的乳腺癌诊断率为93.4%,较对照组73.3%的诊断率而言有明显的提高;观察组良性乳腺肿块的特异性为96.7%,明显高于对照组80.0%的特异性;观察组并发症率为13.3%,对照组达到了48.3%,两组患者在乳腺癌、良性乳腺肿块及并发症率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下对乳腺肿块患者进行空芯针穿刺活检,手术操作简单,对患者创伤较小,安全便捷,对患者病理性质有准确的判断,为手术提供了良好的支持、指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate diagnostic value of the ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in patients with breast masses. Methods 120 patients who came to our hospital for examination of breast masses from January 2014 to March 2015,were selected as research subjects,who were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group underwent an ultrasound guided core needle biopsy(CNB),while those in the control group were given a fine needle aspiration cytodiagnosis(FNAC),and the diagnosis results of patients in two groups were compared with clinical pathological diagnosis. Results The diagnosis rate of patients with breast cancer in the observation group was 93.4%,which was significantly improved compared with that of the patients in the control group which was 73.3%;The diagnostic specificity of benign breast lumps for the patients in the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the patients in control group which was 80%;The incidence of complications of patients in the observation group was 13.3%,while that of patients in the control group reached 48.3%,the differences in diagnosis of breast cancer,benign breast tumor and incidence of complications between two groups were significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Under the guidance of ultrasound core needle biopsy on patients with breast masses easily operates with minor trauma to patients,which is safe and convenient,with accurate judgment on pathological nature of patients,and can provide a good support and guidance for the operation.更多还原
