【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理在小儿急性呼吸道感染中的应用价值。方法以250例急性呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,对照组(125例)采取常规护理,观察组(125例)采取人性化护理综合护理,比较护理效果。结果观察组的退热时间、鼻塞消失时间、咽痛消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、起效时间和住院时间为(2.5±0.5)d、(2.8±0.4)d、(3.0±0.5)d、(4.6±0.8)d、(3.8±0.6)d和(5.4±1.0)d,上述临床指标明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度98.4%,对照组家属护理满意度89.6%,组间满意度比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合护理有助于缩短小儿急性呼吸道感染症状缓解时间,值得进步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing in children with acute respiratory tract infection. Methods 250 cases children with acute respiratory tract infection were selected as research object, who were divided into 2 groups randomly. Conventional care was teken by control group(125 cases). Comprehensive nursing was taken by observation group(125 cases). The nursing efficacy was then compared. Results The cooling time,n Nasal congestion disappear time, sore throat disappear time, cough disappeared time, onset time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(2.5±0.5) d,(2.8±0.4) d,(3.0±0.5) d,(4.6±0.8) d,(3.8±0.6) d and(5.4±1.0) d. The clinical index was significantly shorter than the control group(P < 0.05). Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.4 %, and the control group was 89.6 %. There was significant difference between groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing helps to shorten the symptom remission time of acute respiratory tract infection, which is worthy of generalization.更多还原
