【摘要】 目的探析慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)发病中P-选择素及整合素相关蛋白CD47的作用。方法入选2013年5月~2014年5月我院COPD患者82例为实验组,同期入选体检健康者82例为研究对照,检测所有研究对象外周血浆的P-选择素及整合素相关蛋白CD47水平,比较两组研究对照外周血浆中的P-选择素及整合素相关蛋白CD47水平;比较COPD急性加重期及稳定期患者的外周血浆中的P-选择素及整合素相关蛋白CD47水平。结果实验组外周血浆中的P-选择素及整合素相关蛋白CD47水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组血小板计数无统计学意义(P>0.05);COPD急性加重期血小板的P-选择素及整合素相关蛋白CD47水平显著高于COPD稳定期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 P-选择素和整合素相关蛋白CD47为判定COPD病情严重程度及血小板活化程度的敏感指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of P-select elements and integrin-associated protein CD47 in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 82 patients with COPD in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were chosen as the experimental group.82 cases of healthy subjects the same period were chosen as the control group.The P- selectin and integrin-associated protein CD47 levels of peripheral plasma of the research subjects were taken for detection.The P- selectin and integrin-associated protein CD47 levels of peripheral plasma of the research subjects were compared.The P-selectin and integrin-associated protein CD47 levels of peripheral plasma of the research subjects in the acute exacerbation and stable of COPD were compared. Results The P- selectin and integrin-associated protein CD47 levels of peripheral plasma in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were with statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the platelet count in both groups was without statistical difference(P > 0.05).The platelet P- selectin and integrinassociated protein CD47 levels in the acute exacerbation of COPD were significantly higher than in stable COPD,and the differences were with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion P-selectin and integrin-associated protein CD47 is a sensitive indicator of the judgment severity of COPD disease and extent of platelet activation.更多还原
