【摘要】 目的探讨中药熏洗联合功能锻炼对Colles骨折外固定后腕关节功能康复的影响。方法回顾性Colles骨折外固定治疗患者58例的临床资料,其中25例患者外固定后给予化瘀通络洗剂熏洗结合功能锻炼为研究组,对照组33例仅进行功能锻炼。比较骨折愈合后两组患者腕关节功能恢复情况。结果 4、8周后,两组腕关节功能评分均较熏洗前显著下降,但研究组下降更明显(P<0.01)。两组支具拆除8周后腕关节功能恢复情况,研究组优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药熏洗联合功能锻炼能够显著改善Colles骨折外固定治疗后腕关节功能康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss effect of herbal fumigation joint exercise on wrist function recovery in Colles fracture after external fixation. Methods Clinical data of 58 cases with Colles fracture after external fixation were respectively analyzed.25 cases of study group were treated with Huayu Tongluo herbal fumigation joint exercise after external fixation,and 33 cases only treated with exercise.Wrist function recovery after fracture healing of two groups was compared. Results After 4 weeks and 8 weeks,wrist function recovery of two groups were lower,but study group decreased more(P < 0.01).Excellent rate of wrist function recovery of study group at 8 weeks after removal of the brace was better than control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion Herbal fumigation joint exercise can improve wrist function recovery in Colles fracture.更多还原
