循环肿瘤细胞与鼻咽癌临床病理参数的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的分析外周血循环肿瘤细胞与鼻咽癌临床病理参数的相关性,探讨其临床意义。方法采用莱尔生物循环肿瘤细胞检测技术检测循环肿瘤细胞在63例初治鼻咽癌和20例正常人中的表达情况,分析循环肿瘤细胞的表达差异及与临床病理参数的关系。结果鼻咽癌患者中循环肿瘤细胞阳性率为55.6%,而正常人中循环肿瘤细胞阳性率为0,两者差异有统计学意义(x2=19.213,P<0.05)。在M0期和M1期患者中,循环肿瘤细胞阳性率分别为48.1%和90.9%,差异有统计学意义(x2=6.746,P<0.05)。在EBV-DNA阴性的鼻咽癌患者中,循环肿瘤细胞阳性率为45.5%,而在EBV-DNA阳性的患者中阳性率为78.9%,两者差异有统计学意义(x2=6.029,P<0.05)。性别、年龄、病理类型、T分期、N分期、总分期和VCA-Ig A不同的各组中,循环肿瘤细胞阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论循环肿瘤细胞与鼻咽癌转移和EBV-DNA密切相关,可用于鼻咽癌病情的评价。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)with clinicopathological parameters in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),and explore its clinical significance. Methods CTCs were detected in 63 non-treated NPC patients and 20 normal people using Cyttel Bio CTC detection technology.The differential expression of CTCs and relationship between CTCs and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive rate of CTCs in NPC patients was 55.6%,while it is 0 in normal people,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=19.213,P < 0.05).In M0 and M1 NPC patients,the positive rate of CTCs was 48.1% and 90.9% respectively,with significant difference(x2=6.746,P < 0.05).In NPC patients with negative EBV-DNA,the positive rate of CTCs was 45.5%,while in patients withpositive EBV-DNA,the rate was 78.9%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.029,P < 0.05).In groups with differentgender,age,histological type,T stage,N stage,overall stage or VCA-Ig A,the positive rates of CTCs had no significant difference. Conclusion CTCs are closely correlated with NPC metastasis and EBV-DNA,and can be used to evaluate NPC.
