【摘要】 目的分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的护理要点。方法选取我院呼吸内科2013年11月~2014年11月收治的慢性肥厚性咽炎患者64例为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,两组患者治疗方法一样,对照组采取常规护理,干预组采用本院制定的特殊护理方法,比较两组患者手术前和手术后的焦虑评分和治疗疗效。结果两组患者手术前后焦虑评分相比均减小,干预组患者减小差异明显(P<0.05);干预组与对照组评分比较发现,干预组术前和术后焦虑评分均小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗疗效比较发现,两组患者显效、无效和总有效率差异显著(P<0.05),干预组总有效率93.8%明显高于对照组总有效率84.4%(P<0.05)。结论合适的干预护理能够改善慢性肥厚性咽炎患者手术前后的焦虑状态,提高治疗效率,主要的护理要点包括心理护理、术前准备和术后护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the nursing points of plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis. Methods 64 patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis, who were treated in respiratory department of our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014, were selected as the research objects, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. To treat with the same methods for the two groups, the control group was routinely nursed while the intervention group was made an exceptional nursing method, to compare the anxiety score and therapy effect preoperative and postoperative between the two groups. Results The anxiety score postoperative of the two groups were all reduced than which preoperative, while which of intervention group has obviously reduced, the difference was statically significant between intervention group and control group(P < 0.05). The comparison of therapy effect between the two groups has been discovered that, the differences of obvious effective rate(P < 0.05), ineffective rate, and total effective rate were statically significant, the total effective rate of intervention group(93.8%) was significantly higher than which of control group(84.4%)(P < 0.05).Conclusion Suitable nursing intervention, which were psychological nursing, preoperative preparation, and postoperative nursing, could improve the anxiety score of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis preoperative and postoperative, could increase the therapy effect.更多还原
