【摘要】 目的评价格列美脲片与格列齐特缓释片治疗2型糖尿病的成本-效果。方法 86例2型糖尿病患者分成A、B组,分别给予格列美脲片、格列齐特缓释片治疗2型糖尿病患者,并对血糖得到理想控制的成本-效果进行分析。结果 A、B组的总成本分别为825.00元和1348.44元;疗效分别为83.72%和79.07%;成本-效果比分别为9.85和17.05。结论格列美脲片对2型糖尿病血糖控制的成本-效果优于格列齐特缓释片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cost-effectiveness of glimepiride tablets and gliclazide sustained-release tablets for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 86 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus are randomly assigned into group A and group B. They are treated with glimepiride tablets and gliclazide sustained-release tablets respectively. The cost-effectiveness of them are analysed. Results The total cost of group A was 825.00 yuan. The total cost of group B was 1348.44 yuan.The rate of effectivenesee are 83.72 and 79.07 respectively. The rate of costeffectiveness are 9.85 and 17.05 respectively. Conclusion The cost-effectiveness of glimepiride tablets for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is better than that of gliclazide sustained-release tablets.更多还原
