【摘要】 目的探讨孕妇牙科焦虑症对新生儿出生健康状况的影响。方法采用改良的牙科焦虑量表对我院妇产科住院生产的542例孕妇牙科焦虑程度进行评分,调查其分娩后新生儿出生健康状况,包括孕周、出生体重及1分钟Apgar评分,分析孕期牙科焦虑程度与新生儿健康状况的关系。结果牙科焦虑程度较高组(MDAS≥15分)孕妇出生早产儿、低出生体重儿、1分钟Apgar评分≤7分的发生率均高于牙科焦虑程度较低组(MDAS<15),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇患有牙科焦虑症可能对新生儿出生健康产生不利影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of dental anxiety during pregnancy on the health status of newborns. Methods The Modified Dental Anxiety Scale was used to assess the dental anxiety level of 542 pregnant hospitalized in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,The health status of the newborns was surveyed after delivery,including fetus age,birth weight and one-minute Apgar score.The correlation of dental anxiety level during pregnancy with neonatal health status was analyzed. Results The group of MDAS ≥ 15 had higher incidences of preterm birth,low birth weight and one-minute Apgar score ≤ 7 than the group of MDAS < 15.The differences between two groups were all statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The dental anxiety during pregnancy maybe exerts an adverse impact on neonatal health status.更多还原
