【摘要】 目的探讨软组织肿瘤复发的低场MRI表现特征。方法回顾性分析18例手术病理证实术后复发的软组织肿瘤的0.35T MRI表现。结果 18例中位于胸壁1例,臀部1例,肩部2例,上肢3例,下肢11例。手术病理类型:血管瘤4例,肉瘤14例。均表现为术区和(或)附近新生物。血管瘤表现为软组织内迂曲流空影。肉肿瘤均呈团块状或分叶状、MRI信号不均匀,以T1WI等低T2WI高信号为主,其中多以T2WI显示为佳。结论 MRI是评价软组织肿瘤术后复发的准确影像学检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the low field MRI features of recurrence soft tissue tumor. Methods A retrospective analysis of 0.35 T MRI manifestations of 18 persons with postoperative recurrence soft tissue tumors confirmed by histopathology. Results Of all the 18 cases,1 case located in the chest wall,1 case located in the hip,2 cases in the shoulder,3 cases in the upper limb,11 cases located in the lower limbs.Surgical pathology types:hemangioma in 4 cases,sarcoma in 14 cases.All showed neoplasm in the operation area and(or) nearby.Hemangioma showed tortuous flowing void effect within the soft tissue.Sarcoma showed a mass or lobulated,inhomogeneous signal intensity on MRI,high signal on T2 WI and low signal on T1 WI,and T2 WI showed the best. Conclusion MRI examination is an accurate image evaluation of recurrence soft tissue tumor after operation.更多还原
