基底前脑巢蛋白免疫阳性神经元研究进展
Research progress of nestin immunoreactive neurons in basal forebrain
【摘要】 为总结基底前脑巢蛋白免疫阳性神经元的研究成果,探索今后的研究方向。本文对研究基底前脑巢蛋白免疫阳性神经元的文献,特别是近5年文献进行分析和综述。基底前脑巢蛋白阳性神经元是胆碱能神经元的一个亚群;神经元内的巢蛋白不来源于神经前体细胞,而是在神经元分化后再表达;巢蛋白免疫阳性神经元不是新生的神经元,可能是胆碱能神经元一种的功能状态。因此,基底前脑的胆碱能神经元可分为巢蛋白免疫阳性和阴性神经元,巢蛋白表达对基底前脑神经元功能的影响进值得一步深入研究。
【Abstract】 To summarize the achievements of nestin immunoreactive neurons in basal forebrain and to explore the future research direction.To study the literature of nestin immunoreactive neurons in basal forebrain,especially to analyze and review the literature of recent five years.Nestin immunoreactive neurons in basal forebrain,which is a subset of cholinergic neurons and may be a kind of functional status of cholinergic neurons but not be neonatal neurons.Nestin of neurons doesn’t originated from neural precursor cells,but has expressed after neuronal differentiation.Therefore,cholinergic neurons in basal forebrain could be classified into nestin immunoreactive neurons and negative neurons,the effect of nestin expression on the neuronal function of basal forebrain is worthy of in-depth study.
