冻融循环作用下钢筋与混凝土黏结应力的损伤研究

【摘要】 吉林西部地区处于严寒地区,混凝土建筑物会因冻融的影响而导致混凝土结构过早地失去原有的性能,因此,通过对冻融循环作用下钢筋与混凝土黏结应力的损伤进行了试验研究。试验用钢筋混凝土试件的混凝土强度等级为C30,配制普通混凝土与引气混凝土试件进行对比,在钢筋混凝土试件经受了0,25,50次冻融循环作用后,利用电子万能试验机进行拉拔试验,测量其钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结应力,总结出冻融循环作用次数、混凝土配合比对钢筋与混凝土黏结应力的影响规律。结果表明,冻融循环作用次数的增加会导致钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结应力降低;在冻融循环作用下引气混凝土试件的钢筋与混凝土黏结应力的损伤比普通混凝土试件明显降低,抗冻性更好。

【Abstract】 The west of Jilin Province is located at the severe cold region,where the concrete structure due to the action of freezing and thawing cycles can lose its original performance earlier. Therefore the damage of bond stress between steel bars and concrete in the reinforced concrete structure under freezing-thawing cycles was studied. The strength grade of concrete specimens C30,was used in the test. The normal concrete and air-entraining concrete specimens were made to do comparisons. After the reinforced concrete specimens suffered from 0,25 and 50 freezingthawing cycles,the pull-out tests were conducted by the electronic universal testing machine and to measure the bond stress between steel bars and concrete,then the influence rules of freezing-thawing cycles and concrete mix on the bond stress between steel bars and concrete were summed up. Results showed that the bond stress between steel bars and concrete decreased with the increasing of freezing-thawing cycles,furthermore the bond stress loss in airentraining concrete specimens was obviously lower than that of normal concrete ones, showing a better frost resistance.
