【摘要】 介绍某框架结构办公楼装修改造的加固设计。按照装修改造后结构计算分析,主要存在梁、柱、基础及节点承载力不足和构造措施偏弱等问题,对相应的部位进行加固设计,主要采用了预应力钢带、粘钢和增大截面加固方法,设计加固方案在工程改造中获得了较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reinforcement and renovation design of a frame office building was introduced. Low bearing capacity and weak structural measures of the beam,column,foundation,and joints could be found after the structure analysis in accordance with the renovation. the retrofitted design was carried out according to the corresponding parts,and the retrofitted methods included prestressed steel strip retrofitted method,bonding steel plate and enlarging section methods,with which good effects were got in project renovations.更多还原
