镍渣煤基熔融还原提铁工艺基础研究
The Fundamental Research to Extract Iron from the Nickel Slag by Smelting Reduction Process
【摘要】 以提镍尾渣和石墨粉为主要原料,进行熔融还原工艺提取镍渣中铁元素的基础试验研究。考察碱度、配碳量和熔融温度对铁金属化率和铁回收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数,即碱度为1.0、配碳量为1.2、熔融温度1550℃时,金属化率和铁回收率分别达到97.01%和96.58%,该工艺所得产品可直接用于电炉炼钢。
【Abstract】 With the raw material of the tailings from nickel extraction and the graphite powder,there is the fundamental research to extract the iron from the nickel slag by the technology of smelting reduction. The affects of alkalinity,carbon content,the melting temperature and melting time to the metallization rate of ferrous and the recovery of ferrous have been investigated in this paper. That the alkalinity of 1.0,the carbon content of 1.2,the melting temperature of 1 550 ℃ and the melted time of 21 min,have been carried out as the optimum process parameters. Under these conditions,the metallization rate is 97.01% and the recovery of ferrous is 96.58%. And the product can be used as the material of the EAF steelmaking.
