【摘要】 根据在中国制造企业调研获取的176份有效问卷,用探测性因子分析和验证性因子分析探析并验证了供应商整合包括战略层的供应商关注以及运营层的供应商参与和供应商交流。基于此,构建了供应商整合与企业绩效(运作绩效和财务绩效)的关系模型,同时检验了IT能力对供应商运营层整合与企业绩效间作用关系的调节效应。层次回归分析的结果表明:供应商关注和供应商交流显著提升运作绩效,而仅供应商关注正向改善财务绩效;IT能力显著调节供应商运营层整合和财务绩效之间的关系,但对其与运作绩效之间关系的调节效应不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using 176 valid questionnaires collected in Chinese manufacturing industry,this paper explored and validated that supply chain integration divided into supplier focus(SF)in a strategic level and supplier involvement(SIN)and supplier communication(SC)in an operational level with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.We then constructed a model illustrating the relationship between supplier integration and company performance(operational and financial performance).We also tested the moderating effect of IT capability on the relationship between SIN/SC and company performance.The results of hierarchical regression method show that SF and SC significantly improve operational performance,while only SF positively improves financial performance;IT capability significantly moderates the relationship between SIN/SC and financial performance,but the moderation effect of IT capability on the relationship between SIN/SC and operational performance is not significant.更多还原
