【摘要】 传统的配电网告警信息量大,信息类型复杂,无分析推理过程,调度员难以分析出当前配电网运行中发生的重要事件,从而影响事故处理效率。针对配电网告警存在的问题,提出了一种基于时态产生式规则的告警推理方法,实现了实时告警信号与告警规则的关联匹配,并根据规则中的逻辑进行分析,对离散的告警信息进行综合推理,生成对应的告警事件。在D5200配电网运行控制与管理系统上的测试结果验证了基于时态产生式规则进行告警综合推理,生成调度人员需要的告警事件的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional distribution network alarm contains a large amount of complex types of information,but lacks analytical inference process.It is difficult for dispatcher to analyze the important events in the current operation of distribution network,thus affecting the efficiency of accident handling.In this paper,aiming at the existing problems of distribution network alarm,a kind of inference method based on temporal production rules for distribution network alarm is proposed.The matching between the real-time alarm and alarm rules is realized.And the discrete alarm information is analyzed and inferred comprehensively to produce corresponding alarm events according to the logic of rules.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by the test results on the operational control and management system of distribution network(D5200).更多还原
