GARDES工艺在FCC汽油加氢装置的工业应用

【摘要】 介绍了GARDES工艺流程及在中国石油宁夏石化公司1.2 Mt·a-1FCC汽油加氢装置的工业应用情况。通过标定数据可以看出,GARDES工艺完全可以满足中国石油宁夏石化公司现有原料情况下生产国Ⅴ标准汽油的质量要求,产品硫醇硫含量为(6~8)mg·kg-1,硫含量为(4~10)mg·kg-1,初馏点为(30~38)℃,干点小于200℃。GARDES配套催化剂GDS-20催化剂具有很好的硫醇转移活性与双烯饱和选择性;GDS-30催化剂具有很高的加氢脱硫活性与选择性;GDS-40催化剂具有很好的补充脱硫/脱硫醇活性,同时有部分芳构化活性。

【Abstract】 The commercial application of GARDES process in 1. 2 Mt·a- 1FCC gasoline hydrogenation unit of Petro China Ningxia Petrochemical Company was introduced. The calibration data indicated that the gasoline produced by GARDES technology could completely meet the quality requirement of Chinese gasoline standard Ⅴ under the condition of using the existing raw materials of Ningxia Petrochemical Company of Petro China. The product with mercaptan sulfur content of( 6- 8) mg·kg- 1,sulfur content of( 4-10) mg·kg- 1,initial boiling point of( 30- 38) ℃ and dry point of less than 200 ℃ was obtained. In addition,GDS-20 catalyst used in GARDES process had good thiol-transfer activity and selectivity of diene saturation; GDS-30 catalyst exhibited high hydrodesulfurization activity and selectivity; GDS-40 catalyst possessed good supplemental activity of desulfurization and mercaptan removal,and partial aromatization activity.
