火电厂烟气脱硫设施运行工况实时监控系统判定标准的设计与实现

【摘要】 研究基于电力企业多数采用的湿法脱硫和半干法脱硫两种脱硫工艺,确定了电力脱硫设备工况自动监控系统的监控参数,建立了电厂脱硫设施运行状况判定标准,并通过某电厂30万千瓦机组脱硫设施运行过程及末端排放数据加以验证。结果表明,电厂烟气脱硫设施运行工况实时监控系统作为污染源自动监控系统在电力行业脱硫监控方面的具体应用,为污染源自动监控系统的有效运行提供了保障,为各电厂污染物减排、排污收费、脱硫电价的考核提供了有效依据。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the wet desulfurization and half dry desulfurization are studied,which are mostly used in power enterprises,the key control parameters of automatic supervision system are determined,standards to judge whether the power desulfurization facilities work well are set up and also through analyzing the result of practical operation,it is shown that the key pollution sources can be monitored and controlled effectively with this system.With the application of automatic monitoring and control system in desulfurization,the system has been proved a guarantee for the effective operation and a valid basis for assessing the reduction of major pollutants,pollution charges and electricity rates charged by power plants equipped with desulfurization devices.
