【摘要】 目的:探讨去整合素—金属蛋白酶23蛋白(ADAM23蛋白)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与临床分期的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测ADAM23蛋白在50例鼻咽癌、50例慢性鼻咽炎组织中的表达,并分析其与临床分期的关系。结果:ADAM23蛋白主要在慢性鼻咽炎组织中细胞质及细胞核中表达,显示为黄色,在鼻咽癌组织中较少表达,在50例鼻咽癌和50例慢性鼻咽炎组织中的阳性表达率分别为46%和96%,平均阳性表达值分别为(0.46±0.43)和(1.13±0.56),差异有统计学意义(t=5.47,P<0.05)。在鼻咽癌的不同临床分期中(Ⅰ~Ⅳ期),ADAM23蛋白的表达随着分期的增加,表达有下降的趋势,但4期ADAM23蛋白阳性表达值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ADAM23蛋白在鼻咽癌中低表达,在慢性鼻咽炎中高表达,它可能参与鼻咽癌的发生。在鼻咽癌的不同临床分期中,ADAM23蛋白的表达差异不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Explore ADAM23 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and its relationship with the clinical stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:Immunohistochemical methods were taken to detect the expression of ADAM23 in 50samples of NPC and 50 samples of chronic nasopharyngitis,and analyzed its relationship with the clinical stages of NPC.Results:ADAM23protein mainly expressed in cytoplasm and nucleus of nasopharyngitis tissue,and shown as the yellow,less expression in NPC.The positive expressive rates of ADAM23 in NPC and chronic nasopharyngitis were 46% and 96%,the medial positive expressive values of them were(0.46±0.43)and(1.13±0.56),The difference was statistically significant(t=5.47,P <0.05).The positive expressive of ADAM23 have a downward trend with the increase of clinical stage(Ⅰ~Ⅳ).Conclusion:The expression of ADAM23 was decrease in tissues of NPC,and was high in tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis,it maybe involv in the initiation of NPC.In different clinical stages,the difference of positive expressive for ADAM23 was not significant.更多还原
