【Abstract】 The mission of higher education is to train personnel and successors of the socialist cause. Developing students’ innovative abilities in science and technology has become the focus in higher education of personnels; Party-building in universities, as the crucial part of the Party’s undertakings, is the pivotal work of cultivating qualified socialist successors.
