液质联用技术在滥用食品添加剂及食品中违法添加物测定中的应用及研究进展
Application and Research Progress of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in Determination of the Abuse of Food Additives and Illegal Additives
【摘要】 液质联用技术(HPLC-MS)是一种具有高分离效能和高灵敏度的分离检测技术,选择性高,分析速度快,定性能力强。本文简要介绍了液质联用的基本特点,阐述了我国滥用食品添加剂和食品中非法添加物的现状,并对其在滥用食品添加剂和食品中非法添加物检测中的应用和研究进展进行了总结。
【Abstract】 High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(HPLC-MS), with high sensitivity, high selectivity, high resolution and high analysis speed, is an extremely versatile instrumental technique, and it is powerful and useful in the application of the determination of the abuse of food additives and illegal additives. The article introduced the basic principles and performance charactersitics of HPLC-MS, and summarized the application and research progress of HPLC-MS in the determination of the abuse of food additives and illegal additives.
