硝化棉/端羟基聚醚共混物的制备及其相容性研究
Study on preparation and its compatibility of nitrocotton/hydroxyl-terminated polyether polyblend
【摘要】 采用溶液共混法制备了一系列不同比例的硝化棉(NC)/端羟基聚醚(HTPE)共混聚合物,并着重探讨了共混体系的相容性、动态力学性能及分子间的相互作用力。研究结果表明:当w(NC)<80%(相对于共混物总质量而言)时,不同配比的NC/HTPE共混物有2个介于原组分之间的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),说明NC/HTPE体系是部分相容体系;共混物官能团的特征峰向低波数移动,说明NC和HTPE之间存在一定的氢键作用力。
【Abstract】 A series of nitrocotton(NC)/hydroxyl- terminated polyether(HTPE) polyblends with differentproportions were prepared by solution blending method,and the compatibility,dynamic mechanical properties andintermolecular interaction force of blend system were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that theNC/HTPE system was a part compatible system because there were two Tg(glass transition temperature)valuesbetween the original compositions in NC/HTPE polyblend with different proportions when mass fraction of NC wasless than 80% in total polyblends. There was a certain hydrogen bonding force between NC and HTPE because thecharacteristic peaks of functional group from polyblend could move to the low wave number.
