平板阀敷焊合金阀板断裂原因分析
Fracture Analysis of the Welded Alloy Valve Plate of Flat Valve
【摘要】 针对某油井多功能四通侧出口在放喷过程中出现阀板通孔处断裂,且放喷时管线有振动的现象,通过外观检测、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、显微组织分析和断口宏微观分析,研究了闸板断裂的原因。断口宏观观察到裂纹起源于敷焊合金层,断裂机理为脆性断裂。能谱分析显示大量析出铬,SEM扫描发现裂纹起源于敷焊合金层,源区存在许多小刻面,扩展区为沿晶特征,最终断裂区为解理特征。
【Abstract】 In view of some oil Wells multi-function four-way side outlet in the choke valve plate hole appeared in the process of fracture,and choke line vibration phenomenon. Through the appearance test,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test and microstructure analysis and microscopic analysis,macro fracture failure of damper is studied. Observed fracture macroscopic crack originated from apply welding alloy layer, fracture mechanism of brittle fracture. Spectrum analysis showed that a large amount of chromium precipitation,SEM scan found cracks originated from apply welding alloy layer,source area there are many small facet,extension area along the crystal characteristics,final characteristics for cleavage fracture zone.
