凸轮挺柱摩擦副接触应力的仿真计算

【摘要】 采用柔性动力学方法分析凸轮挺柱摩擦副的性质,并以运动传动知识和Matalab软件分析了气门的运动学和动力学性质。通过运动学和动力学结果的对比可知,运用动力学模型得到的凸轮挺柱间接触力和接触应力的结果大于运动学模型得到的结果,配气机构的弹性变形会使凸轮挺柱摩擦表面承受更大的接触应力。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the friction pair of cam follower are analyzed by using the flexible dynamics method in this paper, and the kinematic and dynamic properties of the valve are analyzed by the motion transmission knowledge and Matalab software.Through the comparison of results of kinematics and dynamics analysis suggests,the use of kinetic models to obtain the cam quite indirect column contact force and contact should force is greater than the result of kinematics model,the gas distribution mechanism of elastic deformation of the cam tappet friction surface to withstand greater contact stress.
